If you cannot find what you are looking for, or have a question on any matter, please allow me the opportunity to answer if I can. If not, then I will endeavour to help you to find your answer where possible.

If you would like to get a group of friends together for a day workshop in whatever area you desire, contact me. I am happy to travel, and only too happy to be a guest speaker at your function.

So, welcome as you spend a magical hour as you "surf the net" to help your progress to the understanding of life. May you be blessed with the wisdom and knowledge you so crave. It is only in our searching do we find the key that unlocks the door to our SOUL.

Who am I?

I am Gail. I was born in 1950, and I have always had an interest in natural health and the psychic side to us, and so in my 30's while being a Mum, I decided to start my study. It opened up a whole new world to me and since then, I have never looked back. I graduated from a 4-year course in Naturopathy, followed by Hypnotherapy and many other courses. On reflection, I realise that our lives are all planned and everything I have done in my years of life experiences and study, have lead me to where I am today.

Today, my mission in this life is to share with you, all the knowledge I have gained over the years. I am also here to have as much fun as I can. I lead a very busy life, and now my 2 young adults are leading their own busy lives, it is time I balance my life in this crazy world we live in. And so I want to share with you everything that has empowered me, working in all areas of the PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL and SPIRITUAL.

As Sai Baba said to me while I was in his Ashram in India in 2000.

"GO WITHIN, OR GO WITHOUT."

-- and so I have. What I have learnt is amazing. Everything we need in this life is on our backs or already programmed into our subconscious mind. So, let me take you on a Spiritual Journey of Discovery to help you

Thought of the month: February 2012

Okay, has someone pinched January!!!! Where did it go? This past year and January, sure was a roller coaster of a ride, and I think I must of blacked out! Glad February woke me up though, as I have a lot to do this year.

Yes, spirit is saying " get your house in order", so the duster and "Spray and Wipe" are being put to full use. My lounge which was covered in posters of the Masters etc, and quite cluttered with 3 lounge suits and 4 chairs, now looks so much tidier with the 4 chairs being pensioned off. The 2 easy chairs dated back to my grandparents and I remember them getting these flash new orthopedic chairs near on 55 years ago, and now they surely are finished and need to retire to some ones fire for winter. Posters are all down and a sense of excitement for the coming year. I am ready! My bathroom I bought in April 2010 and been cluttering up the garage (no place for baths, cabinets, tiles and toilet etc!) and now ready to replace the now empty bathroom. Boxes of gear I no longer use are ready to give away, and the sense of lightness is fantastic.

As we spring clean our homes (well, in my case Summer clean).... it is really good to declutter and clean. We also do the gardens but do we actually think about ourselves! You know, we also need to clear out the old ways so new more exciting "programs" can enter our minds filling them with enthusiasm and excitement for a new year. Can I suggest a very powerful process..... write on a piece of paper all your worries, disappointments etc. from last year, all anger and frustrations, and burn them. See the smoke rise to the heavens and let go of all that is negative and you no longer need to be remembered or allow to be part of your life.

Then, on a new piece of paper, write down all of your desires and wishes. Anything. Even ladies "wanna man, bla bla bla!". And at the end write, "and if this is all for my highest good, I thank you Creator for helping me create my dreams by showing me the signs". One can copy this and past it behind a door, above your desk etc. and read it daily, or one can also burn this and send it to the Creator. Yes, "He" can read smoke signals. And don't laugh at this, trust me. Many a book I could fill on stories of folk who did do just the mentioned process.

You know we can not refill our "cup with nice fresh water" until the old stagnant water is tipped out (sorry, but I like the 1/2 filled water story as we are remember, 80% water).

So, start creating 2012 so that in 2013 we will all experience something quite exciting as 2012 hurtles faster and faster through the illusion we call......... TIME.

May 2012 be really a start of an exciting time for all of us.
